As a lifelong Jacksonville Florida resident, Julia could not imagine a better place to live and work. Upon graduating from University of Central Florida, with a focus on marketing and real estate, it was an easy decision for Julia to follow in her family footsteps as a second generation as a loan originator. Coming from a family with diversified experience in all avenues of real estate, she is brings a wealth of knowledge to your loan experience.

Julia loves being in the loan industry as it allows her to be look from a wide lens and find the best loan product for each customer. Her favorite aspect of what she does is being able to provide solutions and build valuable relationships in every transaction. As a loan originator, she takes great pride inning able to utilize skills she has learned in her real estate courses in real time and being a resource for her customers.

When Julia is not helping customers, you may see her assisting in furniture and staging, helping buyers make their house feel more like home. Julia is also a firm believer that community involvement and philanthropy lead to a more fulfilling life, she assists in the planning and communications for Serving Up a Cure and has enjoyed volunteering at the Ronald mcDonald house as well, making an impact on other peoples lives.
