John O'Leary is a proud northeast Florida native with deep roots in the region he has always called home. Raised in Clay County after his father was stationed at NAS Jacksonville, John grew up with a genuine appreciation for the unique character of the area, enjoying the close-knit feel of Clay County while embracing everything Jacksonville has to offer.

After graduating high school in 2016, John answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Army as an AH64-D Electrical Systems Repairer. Over six years of honorable service, he developed a foundation of discipline, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence that he carries into every aspect of his professional life.

Following his separation from the Army in 2022, John enrolled at the University of North Florida and began pursuing his next mission: helping veterans and homebuyers navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. When John purchased his own home in Jacksonville's Riverside area in 2025 using his VA Home Loan benefit, he experienced firsthand the life changing impact that benefit can have. That experience solidified his purpose as a Loan Originator and fueled his passion for helping fellow veterans unlock the home buying potential they have earned through their service.
